A simple license for your Mac.

These terms describe the planned purchase and use of Seenlio. Purchases remain unavailable until checkout, customer activation and final seller details are ready.

Moving images to Trash

Seenlio moves an image to macOS Trash only when you explicitly use the Move to Trash shortcut (⌘ Delete) on a selected result or preview. This changes the original file’s location; it is not just removal from Seenlio’s index. Seenlio does not permanently delete the file or empty Trash. You can restore it from Trash while it remains there. Files may become permanently unavailable if you or macOS later empty Trash. If moving a file to Trash fails, Seenlio reports the error rather than falling back to permanent deletion.

Your license

A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to use Seenlio on one Mac at a time. You pay once: there is no subscription or consumer trial. Perpetual access to the app and all future Seenlio updates are included. Future updates do not guarantee indefinite support for every older operating system or hardware configuration.

You may move your license to another Mac by deactivating the previous Mac first. If that computer is unavailable, contact support for activation recovery. Do not share, resell or use the key to activate more computers than your license permits, or attempt to bypass activation.

Launch pricing

The first 100 eligible licenses are offered at US$5 outside India or ₹499 in India. The regular price afterward is US$9.99 or ₹999. Checkout billing information determines regional pricing; changing a website display preference does not establish eligibility. Any applicable taxes and the final total are shown before payment.

Payment and delivery

Dodo Payments processes purchases and delivers the license and download instructions after payment is confirmed. Your license key unlocks the app; downloading an installer alone does not grant a license. Keep your purchase email and license key safe.

Refunds and purchase issues

If payment, delivery or activation fails, contact the seller using the details on your receipt or contact Dodo Payments for order-related assistance. Refund requests are handled through the payment provider in accordance with the policy shown at checkout and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights. A refunded or disputed purchase may have its license revoked.

Your files and search results

You choose the folders Seenlio can read. Recognition and search can make mistakes or miss content, particularly with small, blurred, stylized or mixed-script text. Review results before relying on them and keep independent backups of important files. Seenlio’s index is not a backup service.

Updates and availability

Updates may fix issues, improve recognition or add features. Model installation, activation and updates need an internet connection. Service interruptions may occur; we do not promise continuous availability. Purchases do not grant ownership of Seenlio’s code, models or branding. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Responsibility

Seenlio is provided as available, without a promise that every image or query will be recognized correctly. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. These limitations do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

Updated terms will be published with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated where required. Your included perpetual license and future-update entitlement are not converted into a subscription by a later price change. Seller identity, support details and the final checkout refund policy must be completed before sales open.
